Haven’t heard of this book, but am interested in it for sure! Have been a vegetarian for over 15 years and know my body tends to feel better when I’ve had a more vegan kind of day, just like dairy too much most of the time. Maybe this could sway me!

I’m trying to start up a vegan food blog as well, though it’s been difficult having to rely on borrowing cameras from friends…your pictures are so pretty though. Do you have any recommendations for cameras that take good “food pictures” as weird as that sounds?
