I don't think it would be that tasty as spring rolls, but you never know! I would probably go with more a cabbage/veggie mince/glass noodles filling with Asian flavors (ginger/garlic/chili/lime).

I made this smoothie this morning and added at least 1 cup of frozen blueberries and a scoop of whey powder. I didn't have any fresh peaches so I used a small can of diced peaches in juice. The resulting smoothie was a purple color and we couldn't taste the spinach! WINNING!

Hi Jamie, When you use dried lentils you should rinse them first, when you rinse them, you'll get some lentil casings etc float the surface, you just pick them out before you cook them.

My husband and I had friends over on New Years eve and we cooked together; we made your Vegan Beef Wellington... I had bing-ed "vegan Wellington" and your recipe came up. Wow!! It was delicious. Instead of making individual packets, we decided to make one large Wellington, and it sliced beautifully.
Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

I just liked you on Facebook :) I'm so excited to try your raw vegan rum balls - trying to find more christmassy recipes on your site. Thanks so much for having all this info on here - maybe we will have a Christmas without being picked on by our families for not eating anything they cook lol. Instead I will bring along some awesome vegan treats and they'll see that you can still eat great food being vegan :)
